“A bit frustrated but let me start with the good. Communication has been on point and timely and techs appeared on site when they stated. Both techs were nice.

First appointment was for a health checkup. Spencer was on-site on time and answered all questions I had, from why the blower being on high was bad to different services offered. I initially had 5-6 things I wanted to get worked on but he said he was only there to do the health check and that I would have to call to schedule. No biggie. I asked if they did plumbing as well and he said yes.

I called the next day and the lady was very nice though didn't seem to want to put down all my questions so I could get the work quoted. She told me I could talk to the person who would be on-site and tell him the work I wanted done. Louis arrived and was friendly but said he was there to connect a duct. I then asked him about quoting other work as the lady told me he was there to do a quote for the work. He said he was just there for that. I asked if they do vapor lining and said no. I asked about the plumbing and he said they don't do that contrary to the first tech (I need to hook up a line for my other houses water softener). I asked if he could take a look at my tankless water heater and he said where when looking at our water heater. I showed him our tankless water heater in the laundry room. Said he didn't know about that model and couldn't do anything with it.

So all in all I got two out of six things I wanted done and don't have a clearcut answer on whether or not they do certain services or not. If they truly don't do plumbing I get it but the water heater I thought for sure fell into their realm. I'm not really enthusiastic about things so far. I am easy to please, I just want the expectation set and don't want to have more questions than answers.”
