Air Duct Replacement in Boise, ID 83712
“Every company should employ someone of John's caliber and integrity. I had old ductwork replaced and not only did he do a fantastic job, he put in extra effort to inspect existing ductwork for tight seals (this was part of an air seal, efficiency update). He even went above and beyond at the end of the day when he noticed my bath exhaust fan was falling and wasn't secured. He grabbed a few parts and not only secured it but tightly sealed it so I wouldn't have a future problem with it. And as a final touch, he noticed my filter door was a little loose and whistled. He took the time to add a seal and now it is much quieter. John truly looks out for the customer and pays attention to the small things. Thanks John.”

“John Steege and his coworker were on time, professional. They removed and installed Furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. John went the extra mile to correct the existing sharp metal edges left under the furnace base, and they were removed. He wanted to ensure human and fur babies' paws couldn't be injured. They cleaned up everything and explained how everything worked, and what to do if I had questions. They even put up with the occasional trip from the family dog to go out to potty and held the door for him to come back into the house. Thanks guys”

“Two gentlemen (John and Scott) notified us that they were on the way to install a new furnace and air conditioner. They arrived right on time and completed the work very efficiently and with a lot of care. Very fast and very well done. Things went well and nothing was left behind except a clean garage and side of the home. Before they were done Dennis Vranich, the project manager, came and we discuss what work was done and they left shortly after. The best and neatest job we have had in several years with other businesses in town. Would recommend Western any time as all the office personnel was also anxious to help where possible.
