As a Blue Ribbon customer since then, we've been happy with the level of service, especially from the maintenance techs, who have the tough job of accessing that furnace in a tight space. Many good techs have been sent out in the past 13 years, though Rick has been the chosen one for our last several services, doing a thorough job even with the challenge of having little room to maneuver.
Western, in our opinion, Rick (or anyone sent to service our attic furnace) should get a bonus!

He wore his PPE equipment the entire time he was at my home and maintained 6' of distance to provide COVID protection. He also wore shoe coverings to protect our floors. “My furnace stopped putting out heat and the temperatures outside are in the 20s so our house was very cold. I called Western Heating and Air with the assumption I would have to wait a few days to get someone to visit. I was pleased to hear that they would be able to come out today and would be called prior to them coming. I expected it to be later in the afternoon, but I received a call less than an hour later. They were on their way.
When they arrived they went straight to work, found what the problem was, and then presented options for solving the issues. They said they would be able to take care of it in a short amount of time if I chose to go ahead and do it. We agreed to one of the solutions and within a short amount of time, the furnace was fixed!
It was a fantastic experience because they were quick to respond to my urgent need, they clearly explained the problem and the possible solutions, then they were quick to fix it after a solution was agreed upon. I highly recommend using Western Heating and Air Conditioning.”

Our furnace stopped functioning Monday afternoon. Both my wife and I were at home working, but neither one of us realized that it had stopped working until one of us noticed that the thermostat was black. My wife tried to go online to see if we could troubleshoot from home to no avail. We called Western after hours hoping that somebody could come out to our house to fix the problem. Nolan came out later that night, took a look at the furnace and spotted the problem quickly and got everything back in running order again. “Had a great experience with Western Heating. Replaced my furnace and AC. Upgraded to a two zoned system with a two-speed furnace which was the best decision I have made. I always had to play around with the manual damper to get the right temperature in my house and the furnace would always wake me up since I owned a single-speed furnace. Now I can sleep at night when the furnace comes on and I can have it 70 degrees upstairs for the kids and 72 downstairs for wife and myself I also save money since my AC is not running all day.
